ordered a blizzard for my son and the staff was very rude. Kept cutting me off over the speaker at the drive through and practically threw the change back at me

I will never go here again! Worst ever. The customer service was awful and so unorganized. They took forever taking my order and I was in line waiting for forever. I got to the window and the cashier took over 5 orders without acknowledging my presence. So the took my card processed the payment. The blizzard was not a blizzard. Hey just handed to me in a regular cup with a lid without flipping it over. It was very watery and tasted awful. I was so disappointed! Never again!

This is the most disrespectful, disorganized Dairy Queen I've ever been to. The first lady that was taking our order was very rude. After my boyfriend had to repeat himself 5 or 6 times to her. She got mad threw a fit, then the speaker at the drive through went silent. She started laughing. Then a different lady came on. Who, might I add, was also VERY rude. My boyfriend got flustered and asked her to hold on for a second while we decided what we wanted. She then responded by going "Hello? Hello.? Hello?!?" They acted like we were stupid and didn't know what we were doing.
